Quality

V Klean managers carry out routine inspections and oversee major work sites to ensure high standards are met. They’re the first point of contact with our clients to ensure good communication flow.

We strive to hunt down and eradicate any problems before they become a concern to our clients. By providing ongoing support, direction and training to build experienced and qualified staff, V Klean seeks continual professional development with an awareness of current issues and legal requirements in the industry.

Safety

The health, safety and well-being of our employees, contractors and site visitors is our priority. V Klean acknowledges the need to manage Occupational Health and Safety through effective policy development, management systems and prevention programs.

Each new staff member is advised of their role and responsibilities in relation to OH&S. New employees are provided with a Company Handbook reinforcing important OH&S matters. All work sites have a Company Safety Manual for staff reference.

Training

V Klean has a training focused culture. Ongoing trainings assists the understand specialised needs and techniques. V Klean requires all staff to attend off-site induction sessions where we can fully inform them of our business and our clients’ policies, procedures and processes.

On a continuing basis our employees’ work competency is assessed to ensure that the tasks they are carrying out are meeting our required performance standards. Individual training plans and records are maintained for each of our employees.

Communication

Clients satisfaction is our priority thus we welcome direct and open feedback from our clients on all aspects of our work. We are providing our clients with a communication book which is used for reporting any minor issues that may arise. This communication has become an effective process for detection and immediate rectification of problems.
